?How do I book an OPD consultation?
You can book online through this site or call our help-desk on the number listed on the Contact page. We'll confirm your slot the same day during working hours.
?Is the hospital open 24×7?
Emergency services and inpatient care run 24×7. OPD timings vary by department — see the OPD timings on each department page.
?What is the process for a planned admission?
After your consultant's advice, our admission desk will share an estimate, the consent forms, and a packing list. On the day of admission, please reach the registration counter with a photo ID and any insurance documents.
?What happens in an emergency?
Walk straight in to the emergency entrance — there is no registration required at first contact. Our team will triage and start treatment; admission and paperwork are handled in parallel.
?How are visitors and attendants managed?
Each inpatient may have one attendant by default; visiting hours vary by ward. Please see the IPD visiting hours on this site or check with the nursing station on arrival.
?Where do I get my reports?
Routine reports are shared by WhatsApp or email the same day where possible. Paper copies are available at the lab desk on submission of the receipt.
?How do I raise a complaint or share feedback?
We take feedback seriously. Please write to the email on our Contact page, or speak to the patient-care officer on duty. Every grievance is logged and acknowledged within 24 hours.
